For our standard tours (private and small group), cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour date qualify for a full (100%) refund.
Cancellations made between 29 days and 48 hours before the tour date qualify for a 50% refund.
We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. If your cancellation or change is due to circumstances beyond your control, please contact us at info@bestadventurekansai.com with documentation of your travel disruption. We’ll review your situation and do our best to accommodate exceptions.
If you need to make changes within 24 hours of booking, our team will do everything possible to assist you promptly.
