For our standard tours (private and small group), cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour date receive a full refund (100%).
Cancellations made between 29 days and 48 hours before the tour date receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour start time, as well as bookings made within 48 hours, are non-refundable.
We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly.

We’ll review your situation and do our best to accommodate an exception.
